Creamed honey is honey that has been processed to create a smooth, spreadable consistency. It's made by gently stirring raw honey to create a fine granulation and distribute the existing crystals evenly.
This years batch is ready and it's super smooth. We have 5 varieties available, Plain Creamed, Cinnamon, Dark Chocolate, Apple Spice and Raspberry Bloom. All have the consistency of creamy peanut butter and are super easy to spread or eat by the spoonful.
