Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully packaged and ship as soon as possible. We generally use USPS priority mail and always purchase insurance. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping of your order please send us an email, we're happy to help. Unfortunately, some of our items do actually grow on trees and we do occasionally run out. If this happens we'll reach out to you right away to either offer an alternative or refund your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
We love the products we make and want you to as well. If you're not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us, we'd like the chance to make it right. If for some reason your package arrives damaged, first off we're sorry and know what kind of sticky mess it might look like. Just snap a few photos and email them to us with your order number and we'll get replacements in the mail to you right away. All our packages ship insured, so we'll deal with the hassle of filing the claim. Thanks.
