Our Chocolate Infused Honey starts with our local Appalachian Mountain honey and organic wild cocoa powder, creating a rich, velvety treat that’s hard to resist. Smooth, deeply chocolatey, and naturally sweet, it’s perfect straight from the spoon, drizzled over toast or fruit, or gently warmed and poured over vanilla ice cream for an easy, decadent dessert.
 
All of our honeys are raw, which means they are never pasteurized and are only lightly filtered. This keeps the fresh-from-the-hive flavor intact along with the natural goodness that comes with it.
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time, and some varieties do this faster than others. If your honey begins to crystallize, simply place the sealed glass jar in a pan of warm water and gently heat it on the stove. Slow, gentle warming will dissolve the crystals without changing the flavor or damaging the natural enzymes that make raw honey so special.
